Create New Reminders Based on Old Entries (Credit: Lance Whitney / Apple) Tap a reminder to access a toolbar with commands to set the due date and time, create a location-based notification, set a flag, and add an image. Pressing down on a reminder will allow you to drag it up and down the list. For instance, you can swipe a reminder to the left to flag or delete it. Once a reminder has been created, there are numerous ways to edit the entry. Location can then be set to your current location, your home, when you get in or out of your car, or a custom location. You can also turn on Time to set a time for the reminder. Enable Date to select a specific day for the reminder to be due. When you create a new reminder, you can also set a day and time for it. Tap All to see all your reminders, including any designated as tasks and any shared with other family members. Today shows the tasks that are due today, while Scheduled will show those tasks based on due date. Smart lists will categorize the items on your to-do lists by certain criteria.
